  • No-shows or late cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee.

  • Clients must inform therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment.

  • Our services are strictly professional wellness therapies and do not include any services beyond spa and massage treatments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving inappropriately.
